Q: What happens if the products are broken when I receive them?

A: If the products were broken/damaged in-transit then please contact us and we'll ship you a free replacement.

Q: I ordered the wrong product by mistake, can I return it?

A: Yes you can, please make sure that the packaging is not damaged/opened.
In any case try to contact us ASAP, if your order is not shipped yet we can just replace the item.

We will refund you as soon your products arrive back at our warehouse minus the shipping cost.
Please note that because of security reasons and the nature of our products we never ship returned items again to another customer, we just destroy them.
If you can reach us before your order is shipped, we will of course refund you immediately.
